The 3rd HR and People Analytics Meetup in Sofia on November 13th was a really exciting and enriching event. I am sincerely grateful for the opportunity to present the topic of Talent Optimization and the HR Data and Analytics business can use in order to create a winning Talent Strategy which is aligned with the Business Strategy, to ensure the desired Results. A full house and a very active, inquisitive and competent audience with a lot of questions about the Talent Optimization discipline and the PI scientifically-validated tools.
